NAT64: bridging IPv6-only and IPv4-only

As IPv6 networks grow, some clients may be IPv6-only — no IPv4 address at all (mobile networks, some ISPs). But billions of servers are still IPv4-only.

NAT64 + DNS64 let IPv6-only clients reach IPv4 servers: DNS64 synthesizes fake AAAA records, and NAT64 translates the packets at the network boundary.
